Billet stone machine is used for smoothing and polishing metal parts such as iron and steel. Metal parts are assembled on it and fixed using mechanical fixtures. Then, using a roller billet stone, the parts are worn and their surface is smooth and transparent. This machine is suitable for parts with a length of 6 to 12 meters.
Multiflex can perform up to 24 machining operations on parts with four degrees of freedom. Due to the ultra-advanced operating and control units installed on this device, achieving dimensional and geometric accuracies up to 0.01 mm (one hundredth of a millimeter) at any point is easily possible.
Cartridge is a device that is responsible for hot rolling. Hot rolling means shaping and reducing the thickness of steel in the molten state by rotating two rollers on each other.
ماشین تراش یکی از پر کاربرد ترین ماشین ابزارها در صنعت بوده که برای دستیابی به محصول بادقتهاي ابعادي، هندسی، پرداختهاي سطحی و تیراژ تولید بالا در صنایع مختلف مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. اما ماشین تراش کاروسل یک ماشین تراش CNC میباشد با این خصوصیت که محور چرخش آن عمود بر زمین طراحی شده که اثر وزن قطعه کار خنثی شده و از ایجاد خطا در عدم هم محوری قطعه کار و محور ماشین جلوگیری میشود. در نتیجه قطعات با دقت محوری بالاتری (هم محوری) نسبت به دستگاه تراش افقی تولید میشوند.
ماشین ترانسفر عمودی و افقی بهطور خاص برای تولید انبوه قطعات طراحی شدهاند و با استفاده از یک میز ایندکس (هیدرولیکی یا پنوماتیکی) که قطعات را در ایستگاههای مختلف قرار میدهد، امکان ماشینکاری همزمان چندین یونیت بر روی چند قطعه را فراهم میکنند. این روش باعث کاهش زمان تولید و افزایش بهرهوری میشود، که برای تولیدات با تیراژ بالا بسیار مقرونبهصرفه است.
از قدیمی ترین شاخه های تولید اطلس ماشین، طراحی و ساخت مولتی اسپیندل های مخصوص سوراخ کاری و قلاویز زنی برای قطعات خاص می باشد، از جمله ماشین های شاخص ساخته شده توسط این شرکت ماشین سرسیلندر خودروهای مختلف می باشد که به طور هم زمان 42 سوراخ و قلاویز در38 ثانیه ماشین کاری می شود.
The Flupressage machine, which is a 6-station horizontal transfer machine for precise machining of the four-cornered bearing of the steering shaft of cars, has two floors that use different stations for loading, testing, and forming the edge of the bearing. This device works fully automatically and only needs to manage the loading and unloading of parts by the operator.
This machine is designed to create a shape on the edge of the work piece by using three rollers that are shaped according to the customer's request. The workpiece is placed on a fixture and clamped with two hydraulic jacks. Using a linear wagon system on the Supert, the part is guided into 3 rollers. These rollers perform shaping by rotating by the spindle.
